“Digital Vandalism” An AR experience.

To access the experience download and scan the QR code, then download and point your phone at the codes associated image. 

This experience is meant to be viewed as an immersive art project. The Experience itself combines classic paintings with punk imagery through the means of augmented reality. 

I decided to make this as I felt it was the most interesting combination of the affordances of AR. It combines the real physical world with the digital one in order to make a cohesive piece. The juxtaposition between the classic paintings and the modern graphics helps represent the juxtaposition between real and digital. The added 3rd dimension that AR can provide also helps to elevate the overall look of the pieces.
